Do you offer in-home care?

Not at present. However this may be negotiated. Only Consulting Services for now

How many years experience in aged care?

20 years plus

What happens if I require more telephone hours more than mentioned in my package?

You would be bumped up to the next package.

Do you offer care for only Dementia or Alzheimer's?

Yes, as this is our area of expertise.

Can I only call from the registered phone number at sign up ?

Yes, as we prioritise our time for our clients and we prefer minimise waiting times.

How are your services delivered?

To minimise the spreading of the infection, we offer our services via telehealth consultations. All our services are offered via telehealth (phone calls).

What currency are your prices in?

All listed prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Do you only offer your services in Australia?

No, we offer our services worldwide. Please note we operate off the Sydney, Australia time zone.

What happens after my 12 months contract expires?

Services continue as per normal however on a month to month basis with no further ongoing contract.

Can I use my Home Care Package to pay for some of the services?
